If you have an Android/Samsung device, you can add a shortcut to the Wholesome Yum Meal Plans app. From the Chrome internet browser on your phone, you will enter the Meal Plan app web address - https://mealplans.wholesomeyum.com . While on the sign in page, click the menu button (it's 3 vertical dots) at the top right. The screenshot below shows where you should click.

Next, when the menu pops up, select the "Add to Home Screen" below it.

Modify the name of the app, if you like, and then click "Add". 

Click "Add" again on the next pop up.

You should now have a shortcut to the Meal Plan App on your home screen like the screen shot below.
