Creating a new food on the Easy Keto mobile app (iOS/Android)
The Create Food feature allows you to add single ingredients to your weekly meal plan. For example, you could add bell pepper strips or cheddar cheese slices to your meal plan for snacks during the week. To do this, navigate to the Meal Plan tab.
Find the date/meal you would like to add the new food. Select Add Meal.
Choose between Create Recipe or Create Food to add to your meal plan. For a single ingredient, use the Create Food option.
Provide details of the new food item. Adding the nutrition will allow that food to be added to your macros. Confirm new food by selecting the checkmark on the top right.
You will have the option to save and add the new food to the meal plan or simply save it to use for later.

All added foods and recipes will be accessible through the My Custom Foods area.

The Add On feature allows you to add single ingredients to your weekly meal plan. For example, you could add bell pepper strips or cheddar cheese slices to your meal plan for snacks during the week. To do this, from the MY MEAL PLAN page, click on the +MY ADD ON button.
You should now be on the ADD ADD ON page. From there, you should fill out the fields below marked with an arrow. You should also fill out the nutrition info so that your macros calculate correctly but it is not required. Once you have all of your information entered, you will click the CREATE ADD-ON button.
Your Add On has now been created and you can find it in the My Addons category on your MY MEAL PLAN page. Click on the plus sign to maximize the category and you can move your newly created Add On into your Meal Plan area wherever want it.
